Marilena Papagrigoraki

Marilena is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Marilena has over seven years of experience in the maritime legal sector as a practicing Greek lawyer and solicitor of England and Wales.

She advises owners, charterers, P&I clubs, insurers, re-insurers and international trade actors on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious shipping matters, and represents clients in London arbitration, English High Court and ADR proceedings.

She has also been involved in several high value litigation proceedings before the Greek courts and regularly advises on regulatory and sanctions matters.
