Michelle is an Associate in the London Projects Group.
Michelle specialises in banking and project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector, acting for financial institutions both domestically and internationally.
Since joining the firm, Michelle has worked in the firm’s London and Paris office.
- Advising Lloyds Bank, NatWest and AIB acting as lenders on a £230m finance facility granted Low Carbon to create 1 GW of solar PV capacity.
- Advising Varco Energy HoldCo 1 Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adaptogen Battery Storage LP, on its circa £58m project financing of a battery storage project portfolio consisting of two 57 MW projects, ‘Sizing John’ and ‘Native River,’ located at Rainhill and Capenhurst in North-West England, UK, respectively.
- Advising Transitional Energy Group on a new joint venture with Hive Energy for the development of the 3+GW Gente Grande, green ammonia project in Tierra del Fuego, Chile.
- Advising Celsius Resources Limited on its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and connected fundraising, which was the first AIM IPO in 2023.
