Muteber is a Managing Associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.
She specialises in M&A, advises German and international banks, private equity investors, project developers, entrepreneurs as well as shareholders with a particular focus on renewable energy transactions. Furthermore, she regularly advises on ongoing corporate matters and renewable energy related real estate matters.
- Advising NeXtWind on a €1.4bn renewable energy financing the largest of its kind.
- Advising Encavis Asset Management AG on the sale of a 93 MW European renewable energy portfolio to an institutional investor.
- Advising Christofferson, Robb & Company on the sale of a 337 MW wind farm portfolio to Statkraft AS.
- Advising Greencoat Renewables PLC on its acquisition of a 22.5% stake of Marguerite Pantheon’s Butendiek offshore wind farm in the German North Sea, west of Sylt.
- Advising Amber Infrastructure Group as exclusive investment advisor to Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF, on the latter’s €150m investment in Poland’s R.Power S.A. which owns a portfolio of 17 solar PV projects in Italy, Spain and Germany.

Sie ist auf M&A spezialisiert und berät deutsche und internationale Banken, Private-Equity-Investoren, Projektentwickler, Unternehmer sowie Gesellschafter mit besonderem Fokus auf Transaktionen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien. Darüber hinaus berät sie regelmäßig in laufenden gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und im Zusammenhang mit Immobilien im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien.
- Beratung von NeXtWind bei bislang größter Finanzierung ihrer Art im Bereich erneuerbare Energien in Höhe von 1,4 Mrd. €.
- Beratung von Encavis Asset Management AG beim Verkauf eines europäischen Erneuerbare-Energien-Portfolios mit einer Gesamtleistung von 93 MW an einen institutionellen Investor.
- Beratung von Christofferson, Robb & Company beim Verkauf eines Windparkportfolios mit einer Kapazität von 337 MW an Statkraft AS.
- Beratung von Greencoat Renewables PLC beim Erwerb einer 22,5-prozentigen Beteiligung von Marguerite Pantheon am Offshore-Windpark Butendiek in der Nordsee westlich von Sylt.
