Neil is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution group.

Neil has significant experience acting for and against regulators, providing strategic advice to clients in litigation, and appearing as a solicitor advocate in Australian courts and tribunals.

He has experience in international arbitration, advising clients on complex legal and regulatory issues, statutory interpretation, judicial review and merits review, privacy and information law, government contracting, and conducting and responding to investigations.

Neil is an Australian-qualified lawyer and is admitted to practice in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
