Nikoletta Triantafyllou

Nikoletta is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Nikoletta is dual-qualified to practise law as an English Solicitor and Greek lawyer.

She specialises in shipping finance, advising international banks, financial institutions and ship-owning groups on all aspects of loan and security documentation.

Her practice focuses on a wide range of cross-border and multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loan facilities and loan portfolio transfers.

Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams, Nikoletta has worked in a number of international law firms in London and the Solicitors Regulation Authority in Birmingham, UK.
