Philipp is an associate in the Employment group.

He advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law issues.

After graduating from the University of Mannheim with a specialisation in business law and HR, he gained practical employment law experience by working for different business law firms.

Philipp completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe. He gained further experience in the employment law department of a multi-disciplinary advisor (Big Four) in Frankfurt a.M. as a lawyer.

Philipp has expanded his theoretical knowledge of international and business law issues by participating in an LL.M. programme, focussing on employment law at Stellenbosch University.

Philipp Touma berät nationale und internationale Unternehmen in Fragen des Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrechts.

Nach seinem Studium an der Universität Mannheim mit den Schwerpunkten Wirtschaftsrecht und HR sammelte er in verschiedenen Wirtschaftskanzleien erste praktische Erfahrungen im Arbeitsrecht.

Sein Referendariat absolvierte Philipp Touma am Oberlandesgericht Karlsruhe. Weitere Erfahrungen sammelte er in der arbeitsrechtlichen Abteilung eines multidisziplinären Beraters (Big Four) in Frankfurt a.M. als Rechtsanwalt.

Philipp Touma hat seine theoretischen Kenntnisse für internationale und wirtschaftsrechtliche Sachverhalte durch die Teilnahme an einem LL.M. Programm mit einem Schwerpunkt im Arbeitsrecht an der Stellenbosch University ausgebaut.
