Ryan is a partner in the London Projects Group.
Ryan advises on a range of structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on infrastructure financings and related M&A, advising sponsors (including financial investors) and all types of funders (including commercial banks, institutional investors and multi lateral agencies).
His experience spans a range of products, including acquisition and leveraged finance, portfolio financings and debt platforms, across multiple infrastructure and energy sub sectors and geographies.
- Advising the lenders and institutional investors in relation to the financing of the D4 Highway project in the Czech Republic.
- Advising SIRO as borrower on the financing for the rollout of a fibre to the home (FTTH) network in Ireland.
- Advising the lenders and institutional investors on an acquisition financing of Medipass srl, a European healthcare infrastructure business.
- Advising the financiers on the acquisition of HS1, the UK’s first high speed railway.
- Advising an infrastructure fund on its bid for a stake in Adriatic LNG, an offshore LNG terminal in Italy.
