SARAH IS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE PROJECTS GROUP BASED IN DUBAI.

Sarah is a finance specialist, and her experience covers a broad range of financing transactions including, leveraged and acquisition finance, cross-border syndicated and bilateral transactions, refinancings and general corporate finance. Sarah acts for major lenders and private credit funds and has further experience advising on the company side of such transactions. Her work primarily focuses on the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Sarah is an English qualified lawyer and spent her early career working in top tier law firms in London before relocating to Dubai.
