Sean is a Legal Manager in the firm’s Asset & Structured Finance group.
Sean has over a decade of experience in facilitating ship financing and various asset financing transactions, with extensive experience in assisting with the title registration across different jurisdictions.
Before joining WFW, Sean accrued hands-on experience at a top-tier international law firm in mainland China, with in-depth involvement in shipping financing and corporate matters, where he assisted and managed several complex international shipping and offshore financing transactions, as well as multiple cross-border restructurings.
- Assisting Industrial Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. with a pre-delivery financing for two LNG carriers.
- Assisting AVIC International Leasing Co., Ltd with a sale and leaseback of one bulk carrier.
- Assisting Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. with financing leasing and cross collateralization involving seven tankers.
- Assisting Huaxia Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. with respect to the early repurchase exercise exercised by Tomini Group of five vessels.
- Assisting with CDBL's ownership transfer and operating lease for three tankers.
