Stamatis Kotsiras

Stamatis is Counsel in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Stamatis specialises in the areas of banking and finance transactions including project, corporate and real estate financing and has extensive experience in advising both lenders and borrowers on the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of complex secured financings. He regularly advises Greek and international clients, mostly financing institutions and large corporates on a wide range of transactions, in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Before joining WFW Stamatis worked as Counsel for a large Greek law firm for four years and before that as an in-house lawyer at a number of Greek financial institutions.
