Sven Hofmann

Sven Hofmann is an Associate in the Corporate group.

Sven’s practice covers a broad range of corporate matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and fundraisings, joint ventures and corporate advisory work. Sven also has experience in hotels and hospitality-related transactions including hotel acquisitions and disposals, hotel operator appointments, branded residences arrangements and structuring of mixed-use developments with hospitality components.

He works with international organisations, private equity and infrastructure investors, venture capital fund managers, entrepreneurs and hotel owners and operators across a range of the firm’s sectors.

Sven is dual qualified in England & Wales and Singapore.
