Tatjana is Counsel in the Corporate Group.

Tatjana’s practice focusses on complex real estate and infrastructure issues. Here she advises German and international clients on real estate-related transactions with a focus on the energy and critical infrastructure sectors. Her expertise in this area extends to advising investors in all project phases.

In addition, she has extensive experience in advising REITs on IPOs and national/cross-border portfolio transactions. In this context, she has particular knowledge of the interfaces between real estate and corporate law as well as real estate financing.

Tatjana is admitted to the bar in Germany and qualified as a lawyer in Australia.

Hier berät sie deutsche und internationale Mandanten bei immobilienbezogenen Transaktionen mit einem Fokus auf die Bereichen Energie und kritische Infrastruktur. Ihre diesbezügliche Expertise erstreckt sich auf die Beratung von Investoren in allen Projektphasen.

Darüber hinaus verfügt sie über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Begleitung von REITs bei Börsengängen und nationalen/grenzüberschreitenden Portfoliotransaktionen. In diesem Zusammenhang verfügt sie über besondere Kenntnisse an den Schnittstellen zwischen Immobilien- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie bei der Immobilienfinanzierung.
