Tatjana is Counsel in the Corporate Group.

She has more than 14 years’ experience advising national and international clients on complex real estate transactions, infrastructure projects and property developments. Tatjana’s practice focuses on the (renewable) energy and critical infrastructure sectors. Her expertise in this area extends to advising clients in both government and private sectors during all project phases.

In addition, she has extensive experience in advising REITs on IPOs and national/cross-border portfolio transactions. In this context, she has particular knowledge of the interfaces between real estate and corporate law as well as real estate financing.

Tatjana is admitted to the bar in Germany and qualified as a lawyer in Australia.

Sie hat mehr als 14 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung komplexer Immobilientransaktionen, Infrastrukturprojekten und Immobilienprojektentwicklungen. Tatjana Giutronich‘s Beratungsschwerpunkt liegt in den Bereichen (erneuerbare) Energien und kritische Infrastruktur. Ihre Expertise umfasst die Beratung von Mandanten aus dem öffentlichen und privaten Sektor in allen Projektphasen.

Darüber hinaus verfügt sie über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Begleitung von REITs bei Börsengängen und nationalen/grenzüberschreitenden Portfoliotransaktionen. In diesem Zusammenhang verfügt sie über besondere Kenntnisse an den Schnittstellen zwischen Immobilien- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie bei der Immobilienfinanzierung.

Tatjana Giutronich ist in Deutschland als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen und in Australien als Rechtsanwältin qualifiziert.
