THOMAS IS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE ASSETS AND STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP, BASED IN LONDON.

Thomas joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2023 as a newly qualified associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Thomas worked for Scorpio Group, acting on various shipping related matters with a particular focus on ship finance and sale and purchase.

Thomas specialises in non-contentious shipping and shipping finance. His expertise includes working on shipbuilding contracts, supervision agreements, charterparties, ship management agreements, sale and purchase transactions as well as loan documentation, finance sale and leasebacks and JOLCOs.
