THOMAS IS A SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN THE CORPORATE GROUP.
Thomas advises on a range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and joint venture arrangements as well as commercial matters across several sectors including energy, transport and infrastructure.
Thomas is bilingual in English and French and has significant experience advising French or French-speaking clients on corporate matters regulated by English law.
- Advising the Republic of Guinea on the US$15bn Simandou project, the world’s largest mining and related rail and port infrastructure project.
- Advising a large US based group on the sale of a French subsidiary company to a Spanish buyer in the aerospace sector.
- Advising a large, French, private equity backed, digital technology group on the purchase of an English digital technology company.
- Advising a large, French, private equity backed, conveyor systems group on the purchase of an English company.
