- Advising Techcombank as the lender on their financing for a major real estate developer in Vietnam.
- Advising Asian Development Bank as the lender on their financing for a commercial bank in Vietnam.
- Advising Citibank N.A., Hong Kong Branch in relation to a term loan facility for funding a back end semiconductor manufacturing/testing facility in Vietnam.
- Advising a Hong Kong investment fund on the land sublease in industrial zones in Vietnam.
