Yue MA is a Senior Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Yue is a dual qualified lawyer in the UK and China. Her practice focuses on the aviation industry. Before joining WFW, Yue worked as a transactional in-house lawyer at BOC Aviation where she led the negotiation and execution of various types of complex cross-border transactions.

Yue’s experience includes aircraft and engine purchase from OEM, pre-delivery payment financings, aircraft operating leases, debt financing and portfolio trading transactions.
