Zsofi Bori

Zsofi is an associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.

Zsofi joined Watson Farley & Williams as a Trainee in 2022 and qualified into the Assets and Structured Finance Group in 2024.

Based in London, Zsofi advises banks, financial institutions, owners, lessors and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation across the transport sector, with a particular focus on aviation assets.

She has experience advising clients on finance leases, sale and leaseback transactions, secured debt financings, as well as individual and portfolio aircraft sales and novations.

Since joining the firm, Zsofi has spent time working in the firm’s London, Athens and Singapore offices.
