Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Castaldi Lighting Ltd. (“Castaldi”) on the sale of 100% of its capital to Penta Group.
The deal paves the way for Penta Group’s expansion across multiple complex lighting projects and as a result of this transaction, it expects to double Castaldi’s sales over the next three years.
Castaldi is an historic Italian firm specialised in high-end indoor and outdoor technical lighting. Penta Group is an increasingly specialised reality, offering complete proposals in the world of lighting, with the clear aim of acting as a partner of reference in complex projects.
