Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised a syndicate of banks led by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine including Banque CIC Nord-Ouest, La Banque Postale and Caisse d’Epargne Normandie in connection with the €50 million financing to new B2B telecom operator, Linkt (group Altitude).
With 20 sites in France and 300 employees, Links aims at becoming the leading alternative B2B telecom operator and to reach a turnover of over €100 million by 2021. This syndicated loan and the €40 million equity financing by Altitude will support its growth over the next 3 years.
