Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised a German investment fund on the acquisition of Intesol Energie S.r.l., the energy company which owns and operates the 1 MW Intesol photovoltaic plant in Ravenna, Emilia Romagna, Italy. Intesol benefits from feed-in tariffs under IV Conto Energia.
WFW carried out the due diligence process and the drafting of the share purchase agreement.
