Watson Farley & Williams Greece (“WFW”) advised ib vogt GmbH (“ib vogt”) on the sale of its Greek PV and BESS portfolio to Faria Renewables. The portfolio comprises approximately 780 MWp of solar PV and BESS projects, held by special purpose vehicles, at varying stages of development. WFW Athens supported ib vogt through all stages of the transaction, from the bidding process to the drafting, negotiation and completion of the share purchase agreement.
