Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised a consortium of international renewable energy companies – NAIAD 2012 S.L., Tsk Electronica Y Electricidad S.A. and KB CAPITAL S.A. – on the acquisition of SF South S.r.l. (“SF South”).
SF South is developing a photovoltaic plant in the Ascoli Satriano and Deliceto Municipalities, Province of Foggia (Italy), with a total installed capacity of circa 83 MW. Following the acquisition, SF South entered into a joint venture agreement with Italian energy company Solarfields Sette S.r.l. to manage the project.
