Watson Farley & Williams (‘WFW’) advised NeXtWind Capital Ltd. (“NeXtWind“) on its strategic partnership with VSB Group for the joint planning and development of an onshore wind repowering project with up to 16 wind turbines in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.

Dresden-based VSB Group, is a leading full-service renewable energy provider that has been part of French energy company TotalEnergies since 2025. VSB Group develops wind and solar parks internationally and offers a wide range of services.
