Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) ”), in cooperation with Danish law firm Graff Legal Advokatselskab ApS, has advised NTI Group Aps (“NTI”) on the acquisition of majority stake in Italy’s Negroni Key Engineering Srl (“NKE”) and its Spanish subsidiary NKE CAD Systems SL.
NTI is a leading Danish full-service digital information management solutions provider to companies in the construction, design and manufacturing industries. NKE is the first company in southern Europe to be certified by American multinational software corporation Autodesk as an “Autodesk Platinum Partner”, providing the highest quality training and know-how through their software.
WFW provided advice on the legal due diligence and all Italian law matters relating to the acquisition documents and completion of the transaction, including legal and corporate due diligence.
WFW Italy Head and Corporate Partner Eugenio Tranchino oversaw the cross-border team in Italy and Spain that advised NTI on the acquisition. The Italian team was led by Corporate Counsel Luca Sfrecola, working closely with Associates Francesco Vanzaghi, Giovanni Benedetto, Antimo Nersita, Sonia Basso (all Corporate), Anthony Bellacci (Real Estate) and Alessandro Longo (Employment).
