Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised the seller on the sale of the entire corporate capital of Frost Italy S.r.l. (“Frost”) to AIC.
Frost is an Italian company specialised in the design and development of special units for air conditioning and cooling systems and in power plant management. AIC is a leading company in the production of complex heat exchange solutions and systems.
The WFW Italy team that assisted the seller on the contractual and corporate aspects of the transaction was coordinated by Partner Carlo Cosmelli and Senior Associate Alessandro Di Carlo.
