Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised RGREEN INVEST SAS (“RGREEN INVEST”) on its investment of up to €42m, via its INFRAGREEN IV fund, in a joint venture with UMBRELLA SOLAR INVESTMENT, S.A. (“UMBRELLA SOLAR INVESTMENT”) for the construction and operation of fourteen (14) solar PV projects in Spain with 212 MWp aggregate capacity.
