Randeep is an expert in asset finance and leasing, with the majority of his practice focussed on the aviation and space industries. He has advised on some of the largest, most innovative and high-profile asset finance and leasing transactions in the market and has advised arrangers, financiers, export credit agencies, equity investors, leasing companies and operators on the full range of aircraft, satellite and other asset-based or receivables-backed financing, capital markets and leasing transactions.
