Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that tax specialist Claire Miles has rejoined the firm as Partner in London. She joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher having previously worked at WFW as a Senior Associate.
Claire’s expertise spans a wide range of corporate tax matters, including company reorganisations, fund structuring and cross-border finance work..
