WFW expands New York aviation offering with senior hire12 March 2020

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that aviation finance and leasing lawyer Philip Jackmauh is joining the firm as Senior Counsel in New York City on March 16, 2020.

Phil has over three decades’ experience negotiating, structuring, and managing complex, cross-border commercial aircraft financing and leasing transactions. Phil was previously General Counsel at AWAS prior to joining DAE Capital following its acquisition of AWAS. He also held a senior in-house legal role at Pegasus Aviation in San Francisco prior to its acquisition by AWAS.
