Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that Francesca Ampolo Rella has joined the firm in Milan as Counsel to head up the firm’s Italian real estate team.
Francesca has over 14 years’ experience in the real estate sector, advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and asset management. She also regularly assists companies on the development of real estate projects, with a particular focus on the logistics sector, at every stage of the process, including the negotiation and drafting of tender contracts.
Francesca joins the firm together with Associate Nicola Guaragnella.
