Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that employment law specialist Giuseppe Bulgarini d’Elci and his team have joined the firm to set up an employment law practice.
Giuseppe, who joins the firm as a Partner, has more than 25 years’ experience as an expert in employment and trade union law in both private practice and the Italian civil service. He advises clients on corporate reorganisation procedures including staff retraining, redundancies, negotiating complex collective agreements and business transfer processes. He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association AGI (Associazione dei Giuslavoristi Italiani) and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
Also joining WFW with Giuseppe are Counsel Roberta Cristaldi, Associate Alessandro Longo and Trainee Marco Bove.
