Marianne Anton – Regulatory, Public Law and Competition, London
Marianne’s practice focusses on advising clients on a wide range of energy matters and renewable technologies, from corporate and commercial transactions to compliance with regulatory requirements and power market restructures.
Valina Giouzelaki – Project & Structured Finance, Athens
Valina specialises in project and structured finance with an emphasis on renewable energy, as well as corporate and M&A work. She also has extensive experience in aviation finance. Clients include both Greek and international investors and credit institutions.
Matina Kanellopoulou – Project & Structured Finance, Athens
Matina advises clients on project and structured finance as well as banking and corporate law. She has extensive experience in the financings of large-scale renewable energy projects as well as asset financings and acquisitions in the energy and hospitality sectors.
Mark McAllister-Jones – Dispute Resolution, London
Mark specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation, with a focus on energy and construction disputes, particularly in relation to utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Ryan Tan – Assets & Structured Finance, Singapore
Ryan specialises in asset and project finance, leasing structures and loan restructuring. In particular, he has advised lenders, borrowers, owners and lessees on a wide range of transactions including bank, ECA-backed and lease financings. He is qualified in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
