WFW promotes five to partnership for 202530 April 2025

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has promoted five lawyers to the firm’s partnership for 2025. They are:

Kunadha Gajaseni – Dispute Resolution, Bangkok

Kunadha focusses on international commercial arbitrations with particular expertise in matters involving construction and the energy sector. He regularly advises multi-nationals, state-linked entities and government agencies on commercial disputes resolution and contract negotiations. He is dual-qualified in Thailand and England & Wales.

Charlotte Knight – Assets & Structured Finance, Dubai

Maritime specialist Charlotte has represented lenders, lessors, lessees and owners on a wide range of transactions including secured loans, sale and leaseback structures, debt restructurings, loan portfolios and fleet sales. She also regularly advises on sale and purchase transactions, chartering arrangements and newbuilding contracts.

Christian R. Schindler – Corporate, Hamburg

Specialising in corporate matters, Christian focusses on transactions and investments in the infrastructure and energy sectors. His expertise is in strategic M&A deals encompassing the development, financing, acquisition and disposal of projects relating to telecommunications and digital infrastructure, including fibre optic networks, data centres and mobile broadband, and renewable energy. He also advises on energy-related infrastructure and renewables projects as well as national and cross-border joint ventures, co-development structures and general corporate law. His clients include investors, project developers, telecoms and energy companies, public utilities and banks.

Rachapol Sirikulchit – Dispute Resolution, Bangkok

Rachapol specialises in a diverse range of disputes encompassing both Thai litigation and international arbitration, including under ICC, SIAC, LCIA and TAI rules. With extensive experience in the energy, construction, aviation and insurance sectors, his practice focusses on high-value, complex disputes. Recent work highlights include disputes relating to construction projects, waste-to-energy power plants, hotel management agreements, aviation and insurance.

Matteo Trabacchin – Project & Structured Finance, Milan

Matteo has extensive experience in project financing, infrastructure and energy matters. He advises major financial institutions and sponsors on the financing, construction and operation of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. He also acts for investors on project development, M&A and joint venture transactions.
