Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that it has once again secured a position on leading sustainable energy company Ørsted’s employment law panel in Germany. Ørsted is a long-standing client of WFW, with the firm already acting as their exclusive advisor in relation to employment law in Germany.
Ørsted is a Danish multinational power company and one of the world’s largest developers and operators of offshore wind power. Ranked since 2019 as the world’s most sustainable energy company in the Corporate Knights Global 100 Index, the company has a goal of net zero generation by 2025 and no carbon emissions by 2040.
The WFW Hamburg Employment team reappointed to the panel is led by Partner Andreas Wiegreffe and includes Managing Associates Nora Fleischhauer and Thomas Scheffel, and Associates Lena Sinn and Julia Grolla.
