Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) successfully represented Atlante S.r.l. (“Atlante”) before the Regional Administrative Court of Marche (“Marche TAR”), Italy, in proceedings brought by an Italian e-charging operator against a concession awarded to Atlante for the installation and management of 18 e-charging stations to be located in the territory of the Municipality of Ancona.
The claimant contested the evaluation made by the Municipality of Ancona on the technical offer submitted by Atlante. The administrative judge accepted WFW’s defending arguments, confirming, among other points, the active role played by Atlante in the installation of charging stations at Milan-Linate airport.
Atlante is a company in the Nhoa Group, dedicated to the development of fast and ultra-rapid charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Southern Europe.
The WFW Italy Public Law, Regulatory and Competition team that advised Atlante comprised Partner Giannalberto Mazzei and Associate Cesare Fossati.
