Our public law team represents clients before EU Courts, national authorities, and at regional and local levels, in all instances. Examples of our work include representation to both contracting authorities and private parties before the Administrative Courts, with specific regard to the procedures governing the award of public contracts, development of models for the financing, construction and operation of infrastructure, equipment and services and support in drafting legal and regulatory provisions at state, regional and local levels.
