The public sector faces a variety of challenges, from building broadband infrastructure and digitalising schools to modernising public facilities and transport infrastructure as well as supplying hospitals and other facilities with the equipment it needs. One approach to these challenges is to coordinate demands and implement joint procurement projects, for which both structural and contractual instruments are available.
