We were pleased to host our Hydrogen Forum on practical issues to consider in the legal framework of hydrogen projects, including their bankability on 5 March 2024 in Düsseldorf.
In our Hydrogen Forum, the WFW team provided a regulatory update on German legislation and insights into real-life project experiences. We then looked at the bankability of hydrogen projects (including financial support options), as well as practical problems of ongoing hydrogen projects and legal challenges along the hydrogen value chain. RWE then presented its GET H2 Nukleus project.
We concluded with a panel discussion on the necessity and economic feasibility of project financing with an in-depth Q&A session. To bring the day to a relaxed close, we continued the dialogue over finger food and drinks.
