Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised CaixaBank on the €55m recap financing of the holding companies of six windfarms with 182.4 MW aggregate power owned by Elecnor Group company Enerfin Sociedad de Energía, S.L. The windfarms are located in the Spanish regions of Galicia and Andalusia.
The proceeds of these facilities were principally used to make distributions to shareholders.
