Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised Hive Energy (“Hive”) and Sunleonard Energy (“Sunleonard”) on the sale of two ready-to-build Italian solar projects to Encavis AG (“Encavis”).
The two projects will be installed on single-axis trackers and have a combined total generation capacity of 18.4 MW, with a production of around 28 GWh of green electricity per year. Their construction, which has been entrusted to Ethical Power Limited, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
