Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Norma Capital, an independent management company, on the acquisition of a 3,201 sq. meters warehouse and office complex located in Joué-Lès-Tours in the French department of Indre-et-Loire from Samada, a logistics subsidiary of French retail chain Monoprix and current occupier of the premises.
The acquisition was carried out on behalf of SCPI Vendôme Régions, a real estate investment vehicle managed by Norma Capital which currently owns c.60 office and logistics buildings across France. A green lease has been agreed with Samada for the latter to continue to occupy the premises for a minimum firm term of six years.
WFW assisted Norma Capital in relation to the negotiation of the lease agreement between them and Samada.
