Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Mid Infra S.L.P. (“Mid Infra”), a fund managed by Schroders Capital (“Schroders”), on its purchase from Belenergia S.A. of a 49% stake in renewable energy company Gallo Due S.r.l. (“Gallo Due”) and entry into the relevant shareholder agreements.
Gallo Due owns an operational 20.7 MW onshore wind farm in the municipality of Oppido Lucano in the southern region of Basilicata.
