Watson Farley & Williams is pleased to announce that corporate and M&A expert Dr Christian Kleeberg has joined the firm as a Partner in Frankfurt. He was previously a partner at leading international firm Fried Frank.
Christian has many years of experience advising corporates and investors on M&A transactions, especially those with a cross-border element, across a wide range of sectors including ESG, transport, logistics and infrastructure. He also has extensive experience advising both domestic and international investors on projects in Germany and Europe.
Joining alongside Christian is Corporate Counsel Daniel Erd. Daniel was previously an Associate at Pinsent Masons in Frankfurt and focusses on private equity investment.
